Our dryer broke
Just in time for it to get cold outside

And this is what our house looks like now

Isnt that fantastic? I’m ridiculously proud of myself for this.
So, when Scabbers was 17 his parents gave him a car as a combination of Christmas and his birthday. They went out with him and they found a car that would last him a long time. a car that would be good for his pocket and good for his age and y’know. a GOOD car.
In 2001 Scabbers drove a brand new Toyota Echo off the lot. He’s had that car ever since. He’s been through hell in that car. Hell and good times. I’ve heard some crazy stories about it. It’s been stolen. and in a few crashes. one involved rolling down a hill and into a tree, though I don’t know how true that one was. And about a ear ago it got stolen. It’s oil tank was slashed and there was some cosmetic damage, missing CDs.. but it came back.. it was recovered and given back to Scabbers.
And in the time I’ve known him. He’s treated that car SO nicely. I got my liscense in it. We slid down a hill in the snow in it once.. that was kinda fun XD
But as of yesterday morning.. the Echo is no more..
Scabbers was driving to work. He was on Rt. 20 in Charleton. There’s four lanes of traffic. The rightmost lane was backed up, but there was a green light. so Scabbers goes around the line of cars and is heading straight through. A car pulls out of the HoneyFarms infront of him and is turning into the other lane of traffic, the one going the other way. The driver doesn’t even look at him and shoots out infront of him going… really fast. He hit their right front quarter panel and came to a dead stop. The other car kept going, up over the curb, brushed a lightpost before stopping on a lawn.
Scabbers is alright. He’s got some I’ve-Been-In-A-Crash soreness and a couple cuts on his wrist where his watch snapped. But the Echo is dead.. He’s very upset. And we’re currently carless… so My car is getting fixed and insured this weekend. I wasn’t in a big hurry before. I mean I don’t NEED it until the winter months. But between the two of us we do need one car.

Scabbers and I are hitting our six month anniversary in two days. I makes me really excitamid!
Soo… I’ve decided to humor the world on the storee of our meeting.. since he’s snoring next to me and all (he was up at 6am so I don’t blame him for being asleep now. XD)
I met him in January. Remember when I made that post about everyone being horribly sick? Yes then. haha. Everyone was getting sick and I’m a big baby and didn’t want to.. REALLY didn’t want to.. I wanted nothing more than to be out of the house full of puking people.
I got a friend to come get me from my moms house that night. As it happened, she was headed to what she said was a party but really only turned out to be four people. I knew mom prooobably wouldn’t ever approve… but I often did things my parents wouldn’t approve of with this friend. I don’t mean illegal or anthing.. just going out and stuff.. ^_^
Well the ‘party’ was being held at her friends house.. Scabbers house.. My first impression of him was him standing on his lawn waving his arms wildly. And my friend yelling “Of course I couldn’t see you! you’re in black!”
The party was pretty fun.. we stayed up and played cards (and they drank.. I was still nervous that I was sick and not giving my stomach any ammo) All night. Around 5am Scabbers said he had to get to work at 1 and therefore needed to be up and out of his house at noon. Were we going home or not? Welll… we didn’t. I slept on one couch and my friend slept on the other.. Scabbers in his room in his bed.
We got up and left the next morning.. and I didn’t see him again until The superbowl weekend. he was at my friends party. My friend actually babysits for my little sisters friend.. so yeah.. I brought the little one with me. And scabbers was there! I was shy and all such things. XDD
When we went home I looked him up on myspace and I talked to him alot while Stinker was sick. We ended up having a LOTR movie marathon after I took my ACTs We really only watched like.. 45minutes of one of the movies and then went to a kareoke bar. (I know he looks like a bad influence.. but he really isn’t. He’s more of a good one. I don’t do half of the horrible things some teens do. These are honestly the sneakiest and most adventurous things I’ve ever done)
He drove me home (He didn’t drink at all because of this) We were a little late on getting me home on time.. just a little. Bobbert called.. I reassured him that we were on our way. And as we pulled up outside my house I was a little sad that the fun was over. I hugged him goodbye.. realized how freaking awesome he smelled. Went to hug him again because I’m a total olfactory junkie I love smells.. and somehow ended up kissing him. 0.0;
I’m sure I said something absurd and totally not appropriate for after kissing someone, accidentally or not. stumbled out of the car.. tripped on my way up to the steps and turned the color of a tomato.
I’m sure I left a fantastic impression.. for he seems to love me anyway XD
bahhhhh… I hadn’t drawn in days… weeks!
but I’ve been on a kick this whole week… I’ve gotten my drawing tablet up and I’m overcomming the learning curve it comes with… I think I’m getting pretty good.. what do you think? XDDD

I’m exposing Scabbers to my Bobberts side of the family this Sunday.. Bobbert likes him so I’m not too worried… but with all my mothers giant issues and all.. I’mma come to the shindig in his car seperate from Bobbert so if it gets all weird we can bail after an hour or two.. XD

I drew a pretty picture (not) And now I’m using the computer at my desk to write a post and goof off in various ways.
I went to the park with Scabbers and swang on a swingset last night… I thought about how I hadn’t done that in SO LONG. I’m not old enough to be saying that yet.. So.. go swing… don’t get old.
